My name is Chance Waters, and I’m an online fitness coach who designs custom meal plans & training programs for people who are serious about transformation inside and out. My approach isn’t about temporary motivation or crash diets; it’s about developing structure, accountability, and sustainable habits that create permanent results. Whether your goal is to lose fat, build muscle, increase strength, boost energy, or simply feel confident in your own skin again, I’ll give you the tools, guidance, and structure you need to make it happen. Every plan I create is tailored specifically to you, your body, your goals, and your lifestyle because no two people are the same.

About Me / Background
I've been doing cardiovascular and strength training since 2007 and seriously focusing on nutrition since 2012. I grew up playing sports and always wanting to be bigger, stronger, and faster than the guy next to me, so it was easy to see that the moment I stepped into a gym I would be hooked. It took me a few young and naive years to realize how important nutrition was in the equation of fitness, health, and wellness, but once I figured out that nutrition determines your body composition, fuels performance, drives recovery, impacts mental health, and makes your long term results sustainable, I fell in love with it too. Over the years that have passed since then, I’ve learned through my own experiences, trial and error, plateaus, injuries, and successes which dietary and exercise strategies don’t work and which truly do work for people living real lives who want lasting, sustainable change for life and not temporary fads or quick fixes.
On a more personal note, I've always felt like my calling in life was to help others. From as far back as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to supporting people, guiding them, and being the person they could rely on when they wanted to better themselves. It’s something that has always come naturally to me, and it genuinely fulfills me. Helping someone gain confidence, feel healthier, improve their mindset, or accomplish a goal they once thought was impossible… that’s the kind of impact that makes me happy and gives my life purpose. So in 2022, I turned that lifelong passion into a career helping others transform just like I did for myself. As of 2025, I’ve had the privilege of coaching and guiding over 500 individuals to improve their lives physically, mentally, and emotionally. Seeing people become stronger, more confident, and healthier versions of themselves is what drives me every single day.

H2O Fit Coaching is built on my belief that there is no one size fits all approach to fitness. Every body is different, and so is every lifestyle, metabolism, and mindset. That’s why I don’t hand out cookie cutter templates, copy paste macros, or recycled programs. What I offer is a completely customized experience that’s built around you, your body, your goals, your schedule, your preferences, and your real life.
You’ll never be treated like a number or a transaction. When you work with me, you’re treated as a partner in the process, someone I invest my time, energy, and attention into. Your success is my success. I take pride in knowing my clients personally, understanding what drives them, what challenges them, and what keeps them motivated when life gets in the way.
When it comes to meal planning, I keep an open mind. I understand that everyone’s dietary beliefs, preferences, and restrictions are different. I don’t believe in forcing people into rigid or unrealistic plans, and I’ll never hand you the “Chance Waters meal plan.” Instead, I design something that aligns with your taste, beliefs, schedule, and health goals while still making sure we hit the right calories, macro-nutrients, and micro-nutrients for your desired outcome. Whether you eat three meals or six per day, prefer meat or plant based foods, cook daily or meal prep once a week, I’ll help you find what works best for you. The goal isn’t perfection; it’s consistency. The plan should fit your life, not the other way around.
There are always multiple ways to reach the same destination/result, and my job as your coach is to find the route that fits you best, one that challenges you but is realistic, enjoyable, and sustainable.
Because at the end of the day, the plan you can stick to is the one that works the best for you.
My Nutrition Philosophy
Most people already know what healthy eating looks like; the real problem isn’t knowledge, it’s precision and application. You can eat all the right foods but still struggle to see progress if the portions, balance, or timing are off. Most people simply don’t know how much of those foods they actually need to eat to lose fat, gain muscle, or maintain progress.
That’s where I come in.
My job is to remove the guesswork and give you a clear, structured roadmap built entirely around your body, metabolism, and goals. Whether your focus is cutting, bulking, or body recomposition, I’ll create a plan that tells you exactly what to eat, how much to eat, and when to eat it, all while teaching you why it matters. The goal isn’t just to follow a plan, but to understand it. Once you learn how your body truly responds to food, you’ll never look at nutrition the same way again. One of the biggest misconceptions I see is that eating "healthy" automatically means you’ll look lean. It doesn’t. You can absolutely overeat "healthy" foods and still gain body fat, just like you can under eat and stall progress completely. My approach fine tunes your macros, micros, and calories so you’re optimizing health, performance, recovery, and body composition without feeling restricted or burned out. Nutrition isn’t about punishment or perfection; it’s about balance, awareness, and control. When you fuel your body correctly, everything else starts to fall into place. You’ll notice better digestion, improved energy, deeper sleep, stronger workouts, and faster recovery. With the right structure, you’ll not only feel better and perform better, you’ll finally start seeing consistent, sustainable results you can maintain long term.

I’m a total body transformation coach. That means I care about more than just what the scale says. The real progress comes from your visual changes, your strength improvements, your measurements, and your energy. The way your clothes fit, your confidence when you look in the mirror, and the way you carry yourself every day, that’s what truly matters.
Accuracy and Preparation
All of my clients follow precise meal plans, prep food in bulk, and weigh meals in grams (not cups or spoons). Every plan is reviewed weekly and adjusted based on weigh ins, progress photos, and measurements. This means you’ll need a digital food scale; it’s one of the most important tools in your entire program. Every single gram and calorie counts. Accuracy is what separates the people who think they’re eating correctly from those who actually make progress week after week. Measuring cups and spoons are highly unreliable; a tablespoon of peanut butter or a cup of rice can easily swing 50 to 100 calories or more without you realizing it. Those small errors add up fast and can make the difference between losing fat or staying stuck. When you weigh everything, you remove the guesswork. You know exactly what you’re putting into your body, and that precision gives you full control over your results. Once you learn true portion sizes, you’ll start to realize how off most people’s eyeball measurements really are. The scale doesn’t lie, and it becomes one of your best accountability tools. I recommend prepping three to four days of meals at a time (or a full week if your schedule allows). Batch cooking your proteins, carbs, and veggies ahead of time not only saves you time, it keeps you consistent because when your food is ready to go, you have zero excuses. The easier it is to follow your plan, the higher your success rate. You’ll also notice that meal prep simplifies your entire week. You don’t have to stress over what to eat, when to eat, or how to fit things in around work or family. You just grab your prepped meal and move on with your day knowing you’re fueling your goals. Being prepared means you’re always one step ahead of failure.

Dieting Done Differently
I don’t believe in starving clients or crash dieting just to chase quick, temporary results. That’s not real coaching; that’s punishment disguised as discipline. My philosophy is about fueling your body, not depriving it. The goal is to build a plan that works with your metabolism, not against it. Dieting should be enjoyable, sustainable, and empowering, something that adds to your life instead of controlling it. The best plan is the one you can follow on your best and worst days alike. My mission is to help you create a healthy relationship with food, where you understand the why behind every choice and never feel guilt for eating. I focus on nutrient dense, calorie sparse foods, meals packed with vitamins, minerals, and volume so you stay full, satisfied, and energized while still progressing toward your goals. This means real food: lean proteins, whole grains, colorful produce, and smart fats. You’ll eat plenty, and at first you might even think it’s too much. But once your metabolism adapts and your body starts firing on all cylinders, you’ll see why we call it feeding the machine. Food is fuel, and when you start fueling properly, everything changes, your energy, focus, recovery, and physique all level up. You stop dragging through the day and start performing like the high performance engine you are. You’re not just dieting, you’re reprogramming your metabolism and building a lifestyle that supports long term results. It’s time to stop running on fumes and start putting premium fuel in the Ferrari.
Training Programs
Along with meal planning / nutrition coaching, I offer monthly customized training programs designed in four week progressive blocks that evolve as you do. Each program is structured around the proven principles of progressive overload, volume progression, and failure based training, ensuring your body continues to adapt, grow stronger, and look better week after week. Progressive overload keeps your body adapting by consistently increasing the challenge through weight, reps, tempo, or intensity. Volume progression ensures your total working sets and reps increase strategically over time so you continue building strength and muscle rather than hitting plateaus. Failure based training teaches your body to recruit deeper muscle fibers and push past comfort so you see noticeable improvements in strength, definition, and overall performance. Your plan is written specifically for you, your schedule, your goals, your available equipment, and your current ability level.
Whether you’re training in a fully equipped gym, a small apartment space, or a home setup with dumbbells and bands, I’ll create a program that fits your environment and lifestyle so there’s never a reason to skip. Every program is built to meet you where you are and push you to the next level. I also modify workouts for clients with injuries, mobility issues, or physical limitations, ensuring that you can train effectively and safely while still making progress. Training smart is just as important as training hard. Over the years, I’ve coached everyone from bodybuilders and athletes to busy parents and first timers, and I’ve seen firsthand that results don’t depend on perfect circumstances. They depend on consistency, effort, and the willingness to show up. If there’s a will, there’s always a way to get it done.
I highly suggest not relying on diet alone to reach your goal. You don't have to do my training programs, but you need to be exercising in some capacity. Exercise isn’t just about how you look; it’s about how you feel, move, and carry yourself through life. Strength training builds more than muscle; it builds discipline, resilience, and confidence that carries over into every other area of your life. It also teaches you how capable you really are when you push yourself consistently. When you pair a consistent training routine with a strong nutrition plan, there is a synergistic effect and the results multiply. Your energy improves, your recovery accelerates, and your body begins to change in ways that diet alone can’t achieve. While some clients see success with nutrition only coaching, the combination of training and nutrition creates the most powerful and lasting transformation both inside and out.
Getting Started / How It Works
You’ll fill out a detailed questionnaire form covering your wants, needs, goals, preferences, medical history, and schedule.
I’ll build your nutrition, training, and supplement plan within 48 to 72 hours based on your assessment.
You’ll receive your plan via email and can message me anytime for clarification or adjustments.
You’ll submit weigh ins weekly, progress photos monthly, measurements every 2 weeks, and feedback weekly so I can make the necessary changes to keep your progress moving forward.
We’ll track your wins, set new goals, and keep evolving your plan as your body changes as well.
